Our growing company is looking for an experienced shipping administrator to join our team.
Under general supervision of the Transportation Manager this position assists the operations department with several specific tasks while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Communicate daily with operations team members, other departments, and customers. This is a fast-paced environment and excellent attention to detail is required.
Support the department by accurately processing daily pickup and delivery documents.
Identify issues and work cross-functionally to determine and implement the best solutions.
Maintain daily trailer tracking status, fleet mileage and IFTA logs.
Monitor and track through ELD and audit Smart Drive systems to maintain compliance. Professionally communicate inaccuracies with drivers and manager.
Manage inbound delivery schedule and carrier interactions.
Provide general support as needed in day to day operations.
Territory Sales Representative Wanted:
Looking for someone who can utilize Solution Selling skills to sell value-added solutions in a defined geographic territory (with 150-mile radius of St. Louis). Successful candidates should have at least 5 years’ experience in B2B selling, managing a territory, building new business, and providing account management services to existing customers.
Responsibilities include prospecting, setting appointments, account penetration, uncovering opportunities, presenting solutions, meeting a sales quota, and behaviors that are in-line with our core values in being ethical professionals and leaders in the market.

Pallets to be repaired are CONVEYED to the repair person then manually slid off conveyor onto repair table for inspection and repair. Once complete pallet is slid or repair table to outfeed conveyor taking pallet to stacker. When inspecting the repair person will hammer or cut any protruding nails, pry off broken boards, and replace with a new PRECUT board onto the pallet, and place companion stringer or plug when necessary.
